Public standard
How Intero keeps the work accountable.
This page describes the standard the course is being built to meet. Course-specific reviewer evidence is maintained separately and supplied directly to independent reviewers.
Evidence and claims
Important factual and scientific claims are linked to sources. Intero distinguishes established findings, reasonable interpretations, teaching models, metaphors and lived experience. Uncertainty is named, and language is revised when the evidence does not support a stronger claim.
Human editorial accountability
AI tools may support research organisation, drafting, editing, accessibility checks or production. They do not own the curriculum or approve the final material. Curriculum control, evidence review, professional scope, final editorial judgement and publication approval remain human-accountable.
Accessibility
Intero aims for WCAG 2.2 AA across public pages and core learning journeys. Essential teaching is available through complete written and audio routes. Audio includes transcripts, interactions are designed for keyboard access, and material is tested for readable reflow and reduced motion.
Versioning and updates
Course versions, important editorial changes and material evidence updates are dated. Lifetime access includes future course-material updates, but it does not guarantee that every platform feature will remain unchanged.
Assessment integrity
The assessment blueprint maps final questions to course outcomes. Scenario-rich questions test judgement, scope and safety rather than obscure terminology. Certificate records include the course version completed.
Complaints and appeals
A clear learner route for questions, complaints, assessment concerns and appeals will be published before enrolment. Final response times and escalation contacts depend on the confirmed learner-support system.
Independent review
Provider, tutor, course, assessment and quality-assurance evidence is maintained in a private reviewer file. Intero publishes an accreditation name or logo only after written approval for the exact programme and award wording.
