Pre-launch privacy notice

A small list, with a clear purpose.

Staging status: the launch-list form is not connected until Hostinger Reach credentials, double opt-in and the final controller details are configured. This page records the planned data flow and must receive qualified review before public collection begins.

Information planned for collection

The launch-list form requests first name, email address and explicit marketing consent. It may also record campaign-source values included in the page URL. A hidden anti-spam field and submission-time value are used to reduce automated abuse.

Purpose

The information is used to send launch timing, independent-review updates and founding-price access for the Intero Somatic Coach Certification. It is not used for unrelated marketing unless separate consent is obtained.

Confirmation

Double opt-in is required. A submitted address begins in a waiting state. Marketing email is sent only after the person confirms the address through the confirmation message.

Processor

The planned email-list processor is Hostinger Reach. Payment information will not be collected by this form. Any later checkout processor and related data flow will be disclosed before enrolment.

Analytics and cookies

The staging site does not activate non-essential analytics or marketing pixels. If these are introduced, Intero will provide a real choice before they run and update this notice with the vendors and purposes.

Your choices

Every marketing email will provide an unsubscribe route. Requests about access, correction or deletion can be sent to contact@intero.institute.

• Final retention period
• Confirmed Hostinger Reach account and storage details
• International transfer and subprocessor information where applicable
• Applicable jurisdiction-specific rights and complaint authority
• Qualified privacy review date
